Material Introduction

 

The door curtain adopts VALMEX POLYMAR® industrial flame-retardant PVC fabric with a weight of 900 gr/m² and
a thickness of 1–2 mm (1100 Dtx, B6000 Panama weave). Featuring excellent UV resistance, anti-aging, and flame-retardant
properties, the fabric maintains stable performance under long-term sunlight exposure and extreme temperature changes.
Strictly tested according to SIO-LINE and DIN EN ISO 2286-2 standards, the curtain provides superior mechanical strength.
The straight tensile strength reaches 4300/4000 N/50 mm (DIN 53354), and the tear strength is 500/500 N (DIN 53363),
effectively resisting impact, friction, and daily mechanical damage for prolonged service life.

Structure Diagram

 

The whole door frame and bottom frame are made of high-straight extruded 6063-T6 aluminum alloy, fixed with high-strength
bolts. Adopting an integral no-welding manufacturing process, it eliminates gaps, welding defects, and rust risks fundamentally.
The top cover is made of galvanized steel sheets for enhanced structural durability.
Aluminum side rails are fitted with high-quality rubber sealing strips to achieve all-round airtight isolation, effectively blocking
dust, insects, wind, and hot/cold air convection. For special corrosive or high-standard environments, AISI 304/316 stainless
steel structures are optional to meet customized application demands.

 

 

Motor and Controller

 

Matched with professional industrial worm gearbox with high-torque design, the driving system supports stable and silent
high-frequency operation. Motor power ranges from 1HP to 4HP, with a working voltage of 380–440V, 3-phase, 50–60Hz,
which can be flexibly configured according to different door sizes.
Three-phase power supply design is specially optimized for long-term continuous industrial operation, ensuring stable startup
and frequent opening/closing without overload or failure. All electrical and structural components comply with CE certification
norms, with safe, reliable performance and low failure rate.

 

Frame and Rails

The PVC high speed door features two sturdy guide rails, a top cover box, and a motor cover, all available in galvanized steel or stainless steel.

Opening Methods
